Chinese Cultural Heritage Festival 2021 Successfully Held

Organized and hosted by Canadian Community Service Association (CCSA), supported by Province of BC, City of Burnaby; Consulate General of the People's Republic of China, co-organized by Chinese Construction and Renovation Association of Canada (CCRAC) and HellobButler.com, the 2021 Chinese Cultural Heritage Festival was successfully held at Swangard Stadium in Burnaby on July 25.


The 2021 Chinese Cultural Heritage Festival was Live Worldwide.

There were seven major activities:

· Chinese and Canadian National Anthem

· Opening ceremony and VIP greetings

· Water and wreath ceremony

· Donation ceremony to Burnaby Hospital Foundation

· 16 performances

· Award ceremony for Tao Li Cup Chinese Recitation

· Closing ceremony

Proclamation

Lieutenant Governor Janet Austin declared that July 19 to 25, 2021 as “Chinese Cultural Heritage Week” in the Province of British Columbia.

It was a wonderful event of celebrating Chinese cultural heritage, strengthening the cultural and economic relationship between Canada and China, enhancing the cooperation between ethnic groups and communities, and further promoting the development of multiculturalism in Canada.
